Are
your pots sealed for outdoor use?
Absolutely!
You can use Annabelle's Angels pots for plants & flower indoors OR outdoors, or as an
accessory inside your home. Each clay pot and saucer is painted and sealed for
indoor/outdoor use and can be enjoyed and used for many years to come.
When
creating one of our whimsical pieces for you: First, we paint each flower pot and
saucer inside and out using 2-3 coats of quality acrylic paints. Then, we seal
the pot inside and out using a waterproof lacquer that will protect it from the
elements. Please see our page on care

Can I have my gift
pottery personalized and pick the colors I want?
Yes! All of the hand-painted products in our
store are just that - custom painted per your order! You get to choose the
colors of the flower pot; saucer; Angel's hair, eye and dress color; the theme
design of the pottery and the saying on the rim! We want you to have a
personalized 'work of art' to give as a memorable gift for those you care about.
Plus, we offer
personalization services for a mere $1.99 more per item. You can choose to
have a permanent, meaningful message (up to 40 characters) hand-painted to the back of the pottery. We
work with you throughout the creation process to ensure that you receive the
best customer service and beautifully personalized gifts for home and garden.
We do also provide
custom hand-painting services if you have an idea you'd like realized that
you do not see in our store.
How
do I pay for my Annabelle's Angels order?
We
are pleased to partner with Paypal for all our online, secured shopping
transactions for Annabelle's Angels. We have a good relationship with them and
feel that they can provide us and our customers with safe, secure and reliable
transactions for business. Paypal and Annabelle's Angels accept Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover. You do not have to sign up with
Paypal in order to make a purchase with Annabelle's Angels. There is the
ability to order from Annabelle's Angels through Paypal without joining as a
member. If you sign up with Paypal, you can also pay
directly from your checking (e-check) or savings account securely. For more information on

I
don't want to use a credit card, can I still purchase from Annabelle's Angels?
Yes!
We realize that not everyone is comfortable with buying things over the
internet. If you are interested in our pottery and want to order over the phone,
feel free to call us toll free at 1 (888) 828-4184, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through
Saturday. Or, you may e-mail us at annabellesangels@comcast.net
and we will respond promptly regarding your interest in ordering. You can
also fill out our online form for ordering here. We can
total up your purchases and shipping for you and then you can send a personal
check, money order or cashier's check. We would love to do business with you!
(Please note that personal checks must clear before we can send out pottery
orders)
Who
pays for shipping and how do you ship pottery?
Our
customers pay for shipping costs. We have figured out shipping costs via US
Postal Service, 2-day priority mail with delivery confirmation and made averages
(for deliveries all over the country) for each combination of pottery that would
be purchased. We do not make money on charging shipping to our customers. With
the cost of boxes, shipping materials and postage, we break even. Therefore, you
are not 'gouged' with overpriced shipping costs.
Pottery
is heavier and more breakable than a lot of mailed items, so we take great care
with our shipping. We wrap our pottery individually in bubble wrap and then put
in a lot of packing popcorn and packing paper to keep it in place. We are
happy to note that we have an EXCELLENT record with ensuring your pottery
arrives in ONE piece with no chips or cracks!
How long will it take for my
order to be processed and shipped?
As a creative company that hand-paints each
piece of pottery to order, we take care with each client to paint what you
desire. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed, hand-painted,
lacquered and shipped. Timing will depend on our current volume of orders and
the size & complexity of your order. Please note that certain times of
the year orders may take longer to complete. These times usually include before
Mother's Day, end of the school year Teacher Gifts and Christmastime.
If you have a deadline to meet, a birthday
gift to have by a certain date, etc., feel free to
contact us via e-mail
or telephone to ask about RUSH orders or to ask about having your order
delivered by a certain date. We will work with you and meet your needs. We are
happy to assist you in making gifts special and there on time!
Each order is shipped via USPS
Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (this takes 2-3 mailing days). Once you
have processed your online payment, we will contact you via e-mail to give you
an exact time frame in which expect your complete order.
Do you take international orders?
We do take international orders on a case by
case basis. Please
e-mail us to inquire about ordering and to get a quote on shipping.
Depending on location and customs, we will make a decision regarding your
request. Please note that shipping costs are higher when shipping from the
US to another country and delivery time will be much longer due to distance and
customs.
Do
you take wholesale orders?
Because
we are a small business, we generally do not take wholesale orders. If you are
the owner of a store or gift shop that would like to carry our pottery, please e-mail
us with your request and we are happy to discuss pricing on a case by case
basis.
Can
I have my order shipped to a friend as a gift?
Yes!
We ship pottery to gift recipients all the time! When you order you will be able
to provide us with the gift recipient's name and shipping address. We will make
sure they know that the gift is to them from YOU! If you would like a special gift
card to be sent for any occasion (birthdays, holidays, etc.) be sure to add
that to your order. Also, we have personalization
services available if you would like a personal, permanent message painted on
the back of the pottery.
What
is your return policy?
If
you are not completely satisfied with your order when you receive it (broken in
shipment, not what you ordered), you first must advise us via phone
or e-mail within 24 hours of
receipt and then please send it back. We will be happy to refund you for the
pottery minus the shipping cost, or, if it was broken in shipment, we will
repaint and resend it to you.
(Please
note that we are not responsible for damage caused by poor care or breakage
caused by carelessness. Terra cotta pots are by nature quite breakable, so
please take good care of your Annabelle's Angels pots.)
What
is your policy on privacy?
Your
privacy is of utmost importance to us at Annabelle's Angels:

We will NEVER sell or use your private information for profit or otherwise.

We will ONLY use your mailing address and/or e-mail address for marketing from
Annabelle's Angels if you have opted to have us do so.

If we are contacted by you to STOP sending you newsletters, specials or e-mails
(which are infrequent), we will take you off of our mailing
list at your request.

Your credit card information or other financial information WILL NOT be shared
or used for anything other than our private, secured payment transactions.
